At Sophia Lustig, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase,

we will happily accept your timely return - or exchange - of unworn, unwashed, or defective clothing.*

We offer full refund for all returned and exchanged items sent back within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.

Merchandise must be received back at Sophia Lustig within 30 days of purchase to qualify for full refund.

• Items must be returned new, unused, and with all the original Sophia Lustig and designer garment tags still

attached. Any forms of authenticity, such as cards, dust bags, and leather tags must also be included.

• Returns that are damaged, altered, or worn will not be accepted for return or exchange, and merchandise will be

sent back to the customer.

• To ensure quick processing time, please send all items you wish to return from an order in one shipment.

• We make every effort to display items as accurately as possible on the Sophialustig.com site. However, computer

monitors vary; we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s color display.

• We quality control-check each item before sending it. Should a product be faulty, please contact us immediately.

We can offer alternatives such as exchanges or repairs.
