Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Fees:
  • A Restocking Fee of 10% applies to all refunds other than store credit.
  • A Dry Cleaning Fee applies to refunds for damaged items (makeup, deodorant, dirt).
