Refund Policy

Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• Exemptions: The following items cannot be returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Skincare products
  • Sale merchandise
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Manufacturer Returns: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Clothing with obvious signs of use
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Fees:
  • A Restocking Fee of 10% applies to all refunds other than store credit.
  • A Dry Cleaning Fee applies to refunds for damaged items (makeup, deodorant, dirt).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank for further processing time.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@sophialustigshops.com and send your item to:

Gifts

• Gifted Items: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
• Non-Gifted Items: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Free shipping for orders over $200 shipped within the United States. Does not Include International shipping or return shipping costs.

• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• Tracking: For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
