We are kicking off The Big Give Back today and we hope you will join us! The collection goes through the month of November 2024.

Sophia Lustig is proudly partnering with Bowling Green University to help replenish Mr. Agne's Career Collection. This "free thrift shop" carries professional clothing for young men and women. Think blouses, pants, shoes, bags, jackets, ties and more. University students can get one free outfit per year while they are active students at Bowling Green State University. Fashion Merchandising and Product Development students use their skills in a real-world setting by staffing the shop, helping to manage the inventory, and by styling student clients to achieve the best professional appearance.

In order to make sure this wonderful program continues, we need you to venture into the depths of your closet and see what you don't need or want anymore that would help replenish the BGSU career closet. We are collecting gently-used, clean professional attire.

It can be expensive for young students to buy a new professional outfit and we strongly feel that financial challenges should not get in the way of their career goals. Mr. Agne's Career Collection offers students the opportunity to dress for success so they can walk into a job fair, interview or start a new career with confidence and dressed to impress! Now, this is something the Sophia Lustig team can get behind, but we need a little help from our friends.

The success of Mr. Agne's Career Collection depends on donations. Sophia Lustig will be collecting donations of professional, gently used women's and men's clothing in a range of sizes during normal store hours

Monday 10:00 am - 5:30 pm

Tuesday 10:00 am - 5:30 pm

Wednesday 10 :00 am - 5:30 pm

Thursday 10 :00 am - 7:00 pm

Friday 10 :00 am - 5:30 pm

Saturday 10 :00 am - 3:00 pm

 

Think of clothing you would wear to an interview, but just don't need in your closet anymore. If you are not sure about your donation items, bring them in anyway and our stylist will happily take a look to see if they meet the criteria for Mr. Agne's Career Collection.

We all know it feels good to give, especially around the holidays and as you are transitioning your wardrobe to the winter season, you might as well take advantage of the the time you are putting in and do a bit of clean out as well. We want to show our appreciation for your generosity. Sophia Lustig will be giving away the following to anyone who donates an acceptable professional outfit in the month of November:

The gift card does not apply to men's outfits but we will accept these donations.
